Create a new high-density residential development in central Perm, in a renovation area characterized by two-story housing stock.

The development aims to reflect the character of the renovated area by preserving the existing fine-grained block structure and the morphotypes of low-rise housing. The site is organized into semi-enclosed residential blocks and several tower-type buildings. Mid-rise buildings line the primary urban thoroughfare, while high-rise structures are positioned deeper within the plots. At the center of the block stands the main urban landmark and skyline focal point - a complex of two 31-story towers.
