The design site is located in an industrial district of Perm on a rise, where beautiful views of the city and sunsets open up. The task was to design a residential block with expressive architecture within a limited budget.

The block’s semi-enclosed morphology highlights the site’s unique urban location, opening the courtyard to nature while shielding it from the city's hustle and bustle to create an oasis - private, intimate, and cozy.
