Situated on a compact plot within Perm’s established urban fabric, the project calls for a cost-effective, single-entry residential building.

Architectural expression is achieved through a dynamic redistribution of volumes, visually lightening the mass by breaking the volume into two distinct blocks with contrasting proportions, colors, and fenestration rhythms.

A cozy, enclosed courtyard featuring an amphitheater and a public terrace on the 10th-floor rooftop emerged naturally from the design. To ensure resident safety and comfort, vehicular access and temporary parking remain isolated from the communal areas. The ground level hosts a dedicated playground and a lounge zone complete with swings.

The project embraces a bold chromatic dialogue: vibrant burgundy set against a classic architectural white. The depth and complexity of light and shadow is complemented by protruding decorative elements in a strict checkerboard pattern.
