The project aims to create a cozy, low-rise urban environment on the outskirts of Kazan.

The residential complex comprises two four-story perimeter blocks. Each block features a two-story portal opening onto a central shared park, visually extending the landscape corridor to create a seamless, fluid recreational space and welcoming grand entrances to the inner private courtyards. Public terraces are situated at two corners of each building. The design features restrained, minimalist white facades highlighted by projecting metal balconies.
