Concept of the Urban Development Potential of a Site in Moscow

Task

The project envisions a strategic urban intensification of two plots in the Lefortovo district, forming a high-density, mixed-use development with expressive architecture.

Solution

The project was developed in collaboration with Buro V. While Buro V conducted the site constraints analysis and established the masterplan scenarios, our mission focused on defining the development’s architectural character, its sculpting, and the design of the facade solutions.
