This residential block is located at the heart of Domashniy, a new neighborhood in the Plekhanovo district of Tyumen. Our primary objective was to forge a cohesive image characterized by a diversity of detail - creating expressive contemporary architecture for affordable housing while utilizing silicate brick construction technology.

A unified aesthetic for the residential block served as our starting point when sculpting the massing and distributing facade techniques. The primary mass is realized in white brick, enriched by a variety of colored accents and diverse bonding patterns. While silicate brick construction imposes certain constraints - specifically the exposed slab edges on the facade and a limited color palette - we worked within this minimal toolkit to create expressive architecture with a distinct character. By strategically placing accent details, we ensured the project achieved a unique, signature architectural quality despite overall budget limitations.
