Task
Facade concept for the existing massing.
Solution
Working within the constraints of the fixed massing, we introduced a visual fragmentation of the volumes to lighten the overall perception of the block. An additional silhouette was created through multi-level, contrasting facade typologies, further supported by the varied plasticity of the surfaces.
