Faced with significant urban planning restrictions, the project objective was to develop a high-density residential complex. The site is situated in a multi-scale environment unique to Moscow, where low-rise historic manor-house fabric coexists with modern high-density development. The Basmanny District is exceptionally rich in architecture from various styles and eras, a heritage we sought to reflect in the project's visual identity.

A unified massing of three silhouette towers forms a refined, contemporary urban sculpture. The complexity of the form is enhanced through dynamic setbacks and rounded corners. The two contrasting designs of the facade emphasise the change in form.

The unique historical layering of the context is reflected in the project as a intricate weaving of architectural languages into a singular whole. These two contrasting facades serve as a link between the past and the future. The primary facade - textured, elaborated, and rich in detail - references the heritage of the district and its multilayered history. The accent facade is contemporary and glass-clad, reflecting current architectural trends and future progress.
