Designing an affordable housing quarter in the Salavat Kupere micro-district, Kazan.

The development is divided into five residential clusters - smaller blocks whose architectural design balances the principles of a diverse living environment with construction standardization. Responding to site specificities and functional constraints, three morphological typologies were developed for these blocks, varying in their level of courtyard privacy relative to the public realm. Additionally, a landscaped corridor - a pocket park - was designed to connect the neighborhood's public spaces with the larger regional park.
