The First Russian Architecture Biennale for Young Architects, 2017. Theme: The Ideal Residential Block. Organized with the support of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Agency for Strategic Development 'CENTER' served as the program director, with Sergei Tchoban as the curator and chairman of the jury.

The approach developed and utilized in this block project is titled 'RESIDENTIAL SCRIPT'- the programming of development codes for the living environment (incorporating commercial and social facilities). The design of a residential block is seen as the programming of architectural, social, and economic potential. The resulting structure and generated space serve as a tool for spatial flexibility.
